Augie Alvarez - President of Perennial Gardens, has been involved in landscaping and landscape construction his entire life. Officially joining with his father in the late 60’s as a second Generation contractor, Augie began to grow the business one beautiful job at a time, establishing a reputation for impeccable creativity and problem solving. In 1972 Augie seamlessly took the reigns of Perennial Gardens from his Father and in 1978 began construction of the present building. Today, as the Landscape Construction projects have become larger and more complicated his time is spent meeting with Architects and overseeing all the day-to-day operations that make an amazing change to the Perennial Gardens Landscape Construction properties.
Sean Alvarez - Vice President of Perennial Gardens, has been avidly involved in the family business since 1990. He begins with an initial consultation with the client and offers experienced ideas and solutions for
any situation.
